Print Media Solutions is built on more than three decades of expertise in media manufacturing, fulfilment, and supply‑chain management. Originally founded by Laura, the company entered a new era in September 2026 with the addition of industry veteran Scott Gough. Together, they bring a combined legacy of experience that has supported some of the UK’s most recognisable software, publishing, music, and media brands.

 

Our Legacy of Industry Experience

The foundations of Print Media Solutions extend back 36 years to Scott’s early career in media production, beginning with Stralfors and later Thamesdown Software Fulfilment. During this time, Scott progressed rapidly from production into sales, securing major contracts with leading organisations.

These partnerships resulted in millions of manufactured products and helped establish a reputation for reliability, precision, and exceptional service.

 

Entrepreneurial Growth

In 2006, following industry consolidation and evolving market demands, Scott and three partners launched a new venture focused on delivering superior service levels, competitive pricing, and dependable UK‑based manufacturing. The business grew rapidly and remained highly profitable for many years, supported by strong client loyalty and operational excellence.

 

Resilience Through Change

The COVID‑19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges. The leadership team took significant measures to protect the business and its employees, ensuring continuity through one of the most difficult periods the industry has ever faced.

After the pandemic, the company was acquired by a European group in 2024 with the intention of strengthening UK presence and improving cost structures. Unfortunately, these goals were not achieved, resulting in a loss of momentum within the UK market.

The Return to Independent Excellence

In September 2026, Scott returned to the industry with renewed focus, joining the already established Print Media Solutions. Together with Laura, the mission is clear: restore the service quality, responsiveness, and reliability that UK customers expect and deserve.
