Vinyl production combines precision engineering with artisan craftsmanship to create a premium analogue listening experience. Our manufacturing partners follow industry‑leading processes to ensure exceptional sound quality and durability.

 

Manufacturing Stages

1. Mastering & Lacquer Cutting Audio is cut onto a lacquer disc using a heated stylus that engraves the waveform into a continuous groove.

2. Electroplating & Stamper Creation The lacquer is electroplated to produce a metal “father,” then a “mother,” and finally multiple stampers for pressing.

3. Vinyl Biscuit Formation PVC pellets are heated and formed into a vinyl “biscuit,” with options for coloured or patterned vinyl.

4. Pressing The biscuit is pressed between stampers at high temperature and pressure, forming the grooves that carry the audio.

5. Trimming & Cooling Excess vinyl is trimmed and the record is cooled to stabilise the groove structure.

6. Quality Control & Packaging Each record is inspected for defects, ensuring premium sound fidelity and long‑term durability.

 

Custom Options: Coloured vinyl, picture discs, special editions, and bespoke packaging.
